Maintenance Technician
Greenlight Optics is seeking a motivated and skilled maintenance technician to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Total Productive Maintenance Program across our Loveland and Milford, OH locations. Primary responsibilities include managing scheduled equipment maintenance, performing repairs, and troubleshooting a wide variety of manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, lathes, diamond turning machines, injection molding machines, and wire EDM. While equipment maintenance is the primary focus, other responsibilities include facility maintenance, coordinating with outside vendors, and assisting in the movement and setup of equipment. This position requires close collaboration with engineering staff to implement and maintain maintenance programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician interested in working with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Experience with manufacturing equipment, maintenance and repair
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for quality work
- Ability to maintain organized and clean work areas
- Flexibility to work at both Loveland and Milford locations
Desirable Skills / Experience:
- Facility maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, general repairs)
- Background in the injection molding industry is a plus
